Two things that I feel I need to yell about today:
➡️ ONE: There are better ways to track your progress than the number on the scale! Tracking inches, skin folds, etc is important as well and gives a more complete picture. BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY: Focus on mood, sleep, energy levels and how you actually feel about yourself!!
➡️ and TWO: It’s important to set realistic goals. Stop comparing your body to other bodies you see online. Besides the variables that go into someone else’s journey; their nutrition, training intensity, rest/recovery, age, and GENETICS – most people are unknowingly trying to obtain body goals from Instagram bodies brought to you by photoshop and plastic surgery.
