Some days I’ll wake up feeling ready to take on the whole damn world. Today I woke up at the ungodly hour of 5 am for the last day of body composition testing for the Cityscape CrossFit transformation challenge and lemme tell ya.. IT’S DARK…. This dark 👆.. & I’m not feeling like much of a conqueror.

Just a quick bit of inspo, for you and for me: no matter how much you train, how healthy you eat, or sleep.. there will still be “off” days +days you feel like garbagio. Shift your attention to progress and forward momentum➡️.. It’s all about progress and learning to love your mind + body for the things they do for you. Some people come to the end of these types of challenges and are pumped and some, not so much.🤷‍♀️But it’s all about perspective and sustainability. It’s about using a challenge at your gym, or with your friends, or whatever.. to start you on the path to healthier habits overall. 🤔
